PRIVACY NOTE

Here at CrossFit Tufnell Park we take the protection of our members’ and prospective members’ personal data very seriously. Where we collect personal data, we try to limit what we collect to that which is necessary for our business. We store that personal data securely in password-protected locations, including on the Wodify system (which we use for member management) and we do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise attempt to monetise that personal data. Our singular intention is to only use your personal data for the purpose you have provided it to us for, that being to contact you and also to assist in providing you with a fantastic place to work out and spend time.

One way in which we regularly use personal data is to communicate with our members and prospective members, either to give them information or to market our services to them. We try to keep those communications relevant to the services that we offer, and also responsive to indications provided by our members and prospective members that they would like to be contacted by us (for example if they provide an email address via our website). Sometimes, we send out bulk emails via the Wodify system (which we use as our member management system); we are confident that Wodify takes its data protection obligations seriously and that personal data processed through the Wodify system remains secure and confidential. You can, of course, unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Simply send us a short email indicating you do not wish to be contacted by us, and we will add you to the list we keep for this purpose.

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold in respect of you. Should you wish to do any of these things, please email info@crossfittufnellpark.com and mark your email for the attention of our data protection officer.
