step #1 - TASTER SESSION
There is no better way to find out about CrossFit than to simply give it a try. We’re also so sure you’ll love it that we will let you to try it for FREE.
Just click here to send us a message with your name and email address; we’ll then provide you with the best time options to come in for your 1st CrossFit. During the visit you'll get the change to have a gym tour, we'll talk you through the process and then get you experiencing CrossFit in one of our sessions. CrossFit really is for everyone, and we'll be there alongside you to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, as well as work with you to make sure you understand what movements are being done, and how to perform them. Even if you’ve got an injury we’ll make sure this is carefully looked after. All of the movements we perform in CrossFit can be adapted to suit you.
step #2 - SET UP A MEMBERSHIP AND GET STARTED
If you enjoyed the trial and want to continue training with us, take a look at the options below, select the one the works best for you then off you go. If you have any questions, feel free to drop us an email.
Whilst we feel the best way to experience CrossFit is to jump straight in so that you can start learning the movements, get to know the community and start pushing yourself, don't worry we won't just drop you straight into the deep end.
During the early stages of your membership our coaches will pay special attention to you, providing technical details and helping you with any pre-existing injuries. In addition, within your 1st month we'll offer you a complimentary small group Fundamentals session. These sessions have lower coach to athlete ratios and run at a slower pace to give you the extra time to dial in new movements and ask any question. These sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays and will cover the fundamental strength movements as well as gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifing.
The fundamental sessions still includes physical conditioning and will end with a workout so that you get those engines revv’ing all the same! These classes are normally charged at £60 but we now include them as part of your first month and will just count as one of the classed in your monthly package.
For those wanting a more bespoke approach, we also offer an accelerated FUNDAMENTALS session. These are booked as ad-hoc PT sessions where you can get more one-on-one time to go through all the movements in one go. They can also be fitted around your schedule and can therefore sometimes be the quickest route to get into our regular classes. Fundamentals costs £100 for a 2 hour 1-1 session, but can be cheaper if you share the session with others. Feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to group similar individuals together, the maximum size we recommend is 4:1.
step #3 - BOOK IN TO YOUR SESSIONS, TURN UP AND SEE THE RESULTS
With all the membership options you'll be provided with an online and app based login in to book your sessions. We highly recommend at the beginning to start with a least 2-3 sessions a week, giving your body enough time to recover, also so that you can get a real feel of the benefits and get to fully understand all of the movements and so that our coaches get the chance to learn about you. At any stage of your membership feel free to send us a message with any questions or speak to you coach!
We have a variety of membership packages designed to suit you, ranging from completely unlimited to pay by class options. Generally for those who are completely new to CrossFit we recommend trying to attend around 3 times per week at the start, so you can quickly familiarise yourself with the key movements you've learnt in your Elements / Fundamentals course.
All our standard memberships are set out below, but please feel free to get in touch to discuss bespoke packages.
