step #1 - TASTER SESSION
There is no better way to find out about CrossFit than to simply give it a try. We’re also so sure you’ll love it that we will let you to try it for FREE.
Just click the link below to schedule a time; we’ll provide a gym tour, talk you through the process and then get your engine going with a workout. CrossFit really is for everyone, and we'll be there alongside you to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, as well as work with you to make sure you understand what movements are being done, and how to perform them. Even if you’ve got an injury we’ll make sure this is carefully looked after. All of the movements we perform in CrossFit can be adapted to suit you.
step #2 - TAKE A FUNDAMENTALS / ELEMENTS CLASS
If you’re completely new to CrossFit and functional training, or simply would rather familiarise yourself with the equipment and movements before getting into our regular CrossFit classes, we highly recommend you sign up for either our Elements or Fundamentals programme
ELEMENTS covers the basics of CrossFit, including familisation with the equipment and all of the foundational movements we use in our regular classes. Sessions generally go at a gentler pace than regular sessions so you have the chance to take on as much information as possible. They they will equip you to dive more safely into the CrossFit sessions and get the most of them. Each Elements session still includes physical conditioning and will end with a workout so that you get those engines revv’ing all the same! Your first Elements class is free, and then you need to attend one further class at a cost of £20 in order to complete the course.
For those wanting a more bespoke approach, we also offer an accelerated FUNDAMENTALS session. These are booked as ad-hoc PT sessions where you can get more one-on-one time to go through all the movements in one go. They can also be fitted around your schedule and can therefore sometimes be the quickest route to get into our regular classes. Fundamentals costs £100 for a 2 hour 1-1 session, but can be cheaper if you share the session with others. Feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to group similar individuals together, the maximum size we recommend is 4:1.
step #3 - DECIDE ON A MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE TO SUIT YOU
We have a variety of membership packages designed to suit you, ranging from completely unlimited to pay by class options. Generally for those who are completely new to CrossFit we recommend trying to attend around 3 times per week at the start, so you can quickly familiarise yourself with the key movements you've learnt in your Elements / Fundamentals course.
All our standard memberships are set out below, but please feel free to get in touch to discuss bespoke packages.
