Scaling options

These movements are quite complicated when grouped together. If you know that you can focus on moving well and efficiently through them, go RX. If one of these is a sore point, scale it down.

 

The squat snatch can be scaled down to an Overhead squat, or even a front squat if the OH position can't be achieved. 

 

The Squat clean thruster should be scaled to a thruster, as the most complicated element will be the clean.
